Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window

Books can be returned within 7 days of purchase if unused and in original condition.

2. Return Conditions

Books must be:

• Unused with no writing or markings
• In original condition with protective cover
• Accompanied by purchase invoice/receipt

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Competitive exam guides with opened shrink wrap
• Customized school book bundles (partial returns accepted)
• Stationery items once used
• Sale or clearance items

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges allowed for different editions or wrong books received. Subject to availability.

5. Damaged Books

If you receive damaged books, contact us immediately with photos. We'll replace at no extra cost.

6. School Bundle Partial Returns

For school book sets, individual book returns accepted if ordered by mistake.

7. Refund Process

Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after book inspection.
